I wish I would of researched better, bought a pool and a jacuzzi at the same time ! Pool installation was a nightmare and contractors were a joke and not researched by the company thoroughly. They came to my home as a family affair and very unprofessional and left my pool and accessories in disarray , the mess was unbelievable!!!! This companies choice of above ground pool intsaller was completely unproffesional and left our yard a complete mess and the area unsafe. They dug straight down into our yard, did not slope back the hillside and left a 42 inch vertical wall of dirt 1 to 2 ft from the pool that would have collapsed into the side of the pool wiping it out. They also left some parts of the edge undercut so that there was only a few inches of dirt on top and then nothing under it so if you stepped on the edge it collapsed under you and you would... read more
