I have been a patient 15 yrs, I called 2 Fridays ago around 10 am to make an appointment to have a cavity filled, she actually said, I'll call you next week? Why not just make the appointment? 9 days past, with no call, no appointment . , this customer service is shocking! And rude. And 3 out my last 4 appointments I was thrown around to 2 different Dr's. They don't care like a drive thru , don't waste your money!
I can't thank Dr. Olesen enough for the incredible care I received at the clinic! After suffering in pain for days and struggling to get an appointment with my regular dentist, I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Olesen as the emergency on-call dentist. He came in on a Sunday morning just for me and performed a root canal with such skill and compassion. I have been a patient of Dr.John Olesen for over 25 years now. I travel from near Victoria each time to visit because he is such an exceptional dentist and human being! I would never go anywhere else. John and his amazing team have always looked after myself and my parents with great care and attention over the years. I have horror stories going to another dentist as a child in the UK but not anymore. I wish I would have discovered John sooner. Never any pain or discomfort during his work. Hilarious to see the other review about Yvonne all these years later. She's why I never went to the place ever again. She's the rudest receptionist I have ever met in my life. And that's saying something. I've been all over Canada, around the world, and somehow, some way, Lucifer himself works behind the counter at a little Nanaimo dentist's office. It's actually quite intriguing. I almost want to go back and see if she's still there.
Dr Olesen and his team are always amazing. My kids and I have been going to them for a few years and we are never disappointed with their service. They’re always ensuring you’re very well taken care of. Highly recommend going to see them for all your dental needs!
