Let me first say the owners here are very nice people. And the day, they up their security is the day this place is actually a 5 star. The front gate is great, but the backside is very low quality. They only have cameras going in and out of the property. So none of the storage buildings have any cameras facing them. Also, the code is the same for everyone. Can never get in touch with anyone l. Have had storage for years and now we are experiencing rats and break ins. Try to call no one answers.

I have had a very pleasant and professional experience with the staff and storage facility, and would recommend them to people who need a safe place for their belongings. The staff were helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about everything. From computer help, to payments, to availability of units, and to my departure. Good website and info, ease of payment, set-up was a breeze, and helpful, kind staff. Kudos to Seven Point Storage! I'm telling everybody what a great experience I had.

I am very pleased with my experience with Seven Points Storage. I misunderstood pricing on my unit when I moved in and Leesa worked with me so that I did not have to relocate my belongings to another unit. Her help was much appreciated. She also assisted me with information about the additional insurance that is offered for the units. Excellent customer service is difficult to come by in the lake area, and Seven Points Storage is top notch!
