Y’all! I was tHaT guy… you know; the one that placed the order the day before I needed the product. Then showed up 2 minutes before closing - on a Friday…. But I was treated with so much love, respect and patience throughout the process. Everybody I encountered was so professional, kind and personable and it really made the entire experience a humbling and enjoyable one. What a great display of customer service and appreciation. I traveled from NE Wyoming to pick up my order and i gave them a day or two to prep it. They had it ready to go. Matt and Dallas loaded my trailer and helped me strap it down. Every person introduced themselves and shook my hand and thanked me for the business. Double checked my order with me and sent me on my way with a hat.
Needed an additional panel for a previously purchsed 5 rail heavy duty round pen from Seven Peaks out of Arizona, luckily Seven Peaks was nearby in Godley! It worked out great. You cannot beat the quality or the price. The bonus, they don't have those feet that horses can get hung up in. Everyone in the shop is very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend their products.
