Having an gyn appointment is always the worst. Every single time I’ve had one they have me waiting in the room butt naked gowned up waiting for the Np or Dr for at least an hour. My last appointment I was seen by Neely NP first time meeting her and it wasn’t great she kept leaving the room to take a phone call after I had already been waiting in the room for like an hour. Staff is gracious and friendly and my provider was helpful, unhurried and took time to listen. Also promptly ordered medication
It is clear that Dr. Ng truly cares about their patients and takes pride in providing excellent care. I would wholeheartedly recommend Seven Oaks to anyone looking for doctors who are not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also compassionate and genuinely invested in their patients. The entire staff seemed very kind and personable which goes a very long way in a small community. They also offer labs and ultrasound in the same office so that was great! I was very impressed from start to finish.
Had an appt time of 7:30, the nurse practitioner didn’t arrive to the office till 7:35. Saw my provider at 8:25. My time isn’t important evidently
