Brooke is simply the BEST!!!! She’s truly concerned about the patient. She’s one of the most remarkable health care providers I have ever been blessed to have.
I never made it to this practice, but I owe them money?! Not for a no show, but because I reached out and cancelled my appointment!!! It is understandable if there were multiple missed appointments, no shows or cancellations however, this was a one time thing because life happens! I genuinely couldn't make it. I am in the medical field as well and our office would never do this. It's unfortunate because someone in my office referred me. I will make sure that any future referrals to this office are discontinued!
This was my first time visiting this practice or this doctor. I just got married (21 yrs old) and came for a yearly exam. I was explaining to her my medical history and she proceeds to ask me if we had waited to have sex until marriage for religious reasons (which I’m not sure why that’s relevant for any sort of medical advice which is why I left it out to begin with).
