This surgery center was amazing from the first time I spoke with them on the phone. Maria and My nurse ca in the office always reassured me when I had questions. The day of surgery May 6th from the volunteer greeter downstairs at the desk, the lady who collected my copay, the amazing RNs, Will the amazing anesthesiologist. Thank you for everything and making a stressful day go smoothly.

I came in already anxious about having surgery, and unfortunately, my anxiety increased at check-in. The clerk’s demeanor felt cold and impersonal—no greeting or introduction, minimal eye contact, and I had to ask her name. It felt very “cattle call” style.
