Walked in at opening on a Friday night. Expecting a clean bar, to be greeted by a bartender, or someone. Tried to go for some oysters and a nice drink. I’m assuming a host walked around the corner and said hi and asked if we needed bar menus. Uhhh yes. Only to be informed that the bartender whose shift has already started, wasn’t there and is late so they can’t get us any drinks. We have been coming to Conway, AR for two years with our child visiting then attending college there. Pasta Grill great! Mike’s great! While waiting for our tables at those places, I always peak through the window at Seven Oaks. No customers so I just assumed they weren’t open yet. One day it was open, again with no customers, but I was sent away as I had no reservations & was out of dress code. Whatever! Tonight, Past Grill hour wait & Mike’s hour wait. Rather skimpy. Who serves oysters without crackers, etc etc? Had to ask for every little thing and service was incredibly slow. Food was good though - even if it was way overpriced.
Seven oaks restaurant gave great customer service : the staff was friendly and the food was excellent. They did not disappoint at all. The owner was very kind also!
