absolutely love the community here!
I love the new management and protocol. Very understanding people , any maintenance issues are taking care of briefly and done right landscaping is always well kept. Whatever you need the new team of seven oaks does anything and everything in their power to make sure your a satisfied resident.
We moved in about 2 months ago and have loved living here. She went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I in a stressful time and we couldn’t be more thankful! She is quick, efficient, and handles everything she can within her power to help her residents. The location is great and close to town and base!
I am so impressed with the new Seven Oaks! I would have never lived at Mona Lisa but I absolutely love it here now. I feel safe and the property manager is absolutely wonderful! She guided me from showing the apartment, to signing a lease, to even putting in my first work order! Great place to be!
literally the best service! i put in a work order and it was fixed the same day. only 1-2 hours after putting it in! since Ms Sumer took over she’s been very helpful & understanding with everything. i love my apartment so much.
