Booked a monthly rental and had a mouse in my room second day, requested and was moved rooms. Had a few good nights in the second room until tonight I saw a mouse 4 times in an hour and a half, and so I went to the front desk where I was informed they would not move me rooms - the renovations had simply “woken up the mice” and that if I wanted to do something about it I could abandon the second half of my prepaid monthly reservation without paying a penalty for leaving early. Seven Oaks was under renovations and I understand the growth pains, BUT: 1. The rooms were not being cleaned properly and hallways disgusting. The air in the hallways and rooms were stuffy. 2. There were mice in the rooms, and we had caught one and took it to the office. I lost $40 worth of groceries. 3. My friend had her favorite top stolen from the laundry room within 5 minutes of accidently being left behind. The laundry room was filthy. 4.
