The front desk agent was super friendly and knowledgeable. We have stayed here multiple times and the kids love it here.
I had the worst customer service experience ever. Front desk staff Ashjeet was rolling his eyes repeatedly, rude an erragant. If I managed this hotel he would be fired. Came in with two friends happy and bubbly within 1 min of conversation with him I wished I booked anywhere else!!!!
Hotel was good, staff specifically one staff member Ashjeet was horrible. From eye rolling to rude comments to arrogance. I can't believe they let him run the front desk he should be working nowhere that involves talking to people....
