Jeff came by today to check our A/C, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, checked the system thoroughly, and made sure everything was running smoothly. Reviews are usually something we don't provide, but Seven Level went above and beyond last night! My wife and I were out of town and our house sitter notified us that the interior temperature was approaching 85 degrees and the thermostat was not functioning properly at around 8:00 pm on a Friday night! Service was accomplished quickly and was more involved than my previous preventive maintenance. Personnel were friendly, efficient and explained their actions completely. Rates were reasonable...actually less than I had paid in the past. I would definitely recommend this company and will use it again.
My A/C and handler stopped dead in the water, contacted Kevin and he immediately came out, inspected everything, he tested all components, changed the Air Filter, and got things back up and running. Extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, what a wonderful company! Proud to support veteran businesses! Would definitely recommend! Will use again if something happens to come up. My husband attended Seven Level HVAC maintenance on a second property of ours today. They provided the same level of expertise and attention to detail as they had earlier in the day at our home. I am comfortable we are "all set" for the summer season but will call them if we experience any problems. Their pricing was very reasonable and, they made sure we understood what they were telling us. We will be sure to use them again for our HVAC needs and will recommend them to others.
