They made wonderful plans for us for the trip of a lifetime..... and with Covid, got us everything refunded. (We were using miles on Delta so ticket refund was no problem). Will use whenever we can safely travel after COVID. Great job, y’all!

I just called and to spare the details it was a horrible phone call. They didn’t want to help me before I even said where I was going. I wouldn’t bother.

Met the owner at a home show. He seemed really nice and assured me that his 10+ yrs of experience would save me from the overwhelming feat of planning a 14 day land/cruise 25th anniversary trip. We chatted on the phone a few times and what started off as a very helpful experience, promising to reserve the discussed trips, ended with unanswered phone calls/text, and now us having to start over since we were never notified of actual bookings.
