If you want to try for a VBAC, just go ahead and find somewhere else. Even if you're told your entire pregnancy by the OB’s and the midwives that you’re a great candidate for a VBAC, they will do everything in their power to convince you or force you into scheduling a C-section in the last 4 weeks of your pregnancy. Overall it was a mediocre experience. The info online isn’t updated AT ALL which was already kinda annoying to begin with. One of the nurses I had was extremely unfriendly and the actual doctor was kinda unhelpful when it came to questions. The receptionist services were kind of a hit or miss. I would hear one thing from one and then something different from another and almost got charged an extra $200 fee for something, but thankfully one of the nurses caught it. Rude and unprofessional, not to mention incompetent. They threatened legal action against us, until the attorney general pointed out they had their dates/"facts" wrong. This group seems to be all about the money and doesn't care about their patients. Run. Far.
This is ridiculous!! We have called this office multiple times to get a refill. Every time we are told they will send our prescription to our pharmacy. We go and nothing called in!! This office SUCKS I will make sure that St.Elizabeth (monopoly) gets reported for their awful service. Kentucky should be ashamed to let this business buy out all their competitors and giving the local Northern Kentucky residents no choice!!
Throughout my pregnancy, the care and treatment I received was pretty good, with the exception of a few communications here and there. But now that I’m reaching the end of my pregnancy and they have since released the notice of the branch closing, it’s been nothing but a headache.
