While Patricia Molony is phenomenal… The office staff are not. I recently called to see about getting birth control, and the lady was so rude she hung up on me… I would never go here again for that simple fact. What’s sad is that I really liked Patricia Molony for my gynecologist. She helped me deliver my son and believed me when I told her I was in labor, as most gynecologists wouldn’t have… I delivered him later that night into her hands. Very disappointed with Dr Fesenmeier and his office staff and the surprise bill I received. Karen with the billing staff refused to let me be seen even though I was making monthly payments on my balance. Mind you, that HE sent me to the hospital for an injection that he could have administered in his office but because he didn’t get around to calling me until after his office was closed I had to go the hospital to meet him. If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. The receptionists are very rude and refused to book appointments when I would call. Expect to be booked out 6+ months out and to wait in the waiting room 1-2 hours past your appointment time. This place seems to be very mismanaged. The office doesn’t communicate changes well, either. They lost my medical records when they switched from Mercy to TriHealth. They never reached out about my doctor retiring, and when I called to book my yearly the receptionist was rude and didn’t want... read more

If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. The receptionists are very rude and refused to book appointments when I would call. About a 2.75 star. 🤔 They use to be better before the new company took over. Everything is so rushed, now. They have new cheap pap products that irritated me so I won't be back. About 15 years ago, I was talked into an unnecessarily painful uterine biopsy. They said that "It will feel like a little bee sting". That's a big damn lie. It actually felt like 5 wasp stings and the pain traveled, very quickly. Even for me with a high pain tolerance. It was barely bearable.
