About a 2.75 star. 🤔 They use to be better before the new company took over. Everything is so rushed, now. They have new cheap pap products that irritated me so I won't be back. About 15 years ago, I was talked into an unnecessarily painful uterine biopsy. They said that "It will feel like a little bee sting". That's a big damn lie. *If you find a doctor that will do a uterine biopsy under anesthesia please be sure to give her a "Shout Out" on Google so that other women can know that that doctor is caring. The doctors here will try to talk you into the hard and unnecessarily painful option. A uterine biopsy 🙅🏿♀️DOES NOT feel "Like getting stung by a bee" ! Trust me. You better go to the cancer clinic at the hospital and tell them that you prefer to be asleep, they'll schedule you for a mild D&C and do the the biopsy. The best patient experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Dr. McCotter is so kind, her insight is personal and very helpful. The care team answers all my questions with so much grace. Going through infertility is not an easy or quick process but they make it so much better by being kind and intentional with every response. I have never had a bad phone call or experience. I’m so glad I am a patient here. I call it my second home lol!
