Here is their scam, they charge you a $150 deposit saying it's just in case insurance doesn't cover a routine physical, and emphasize that insurance will "probably" cover it (I've never had to pay out of pocket for one). I heard the receptionist say this to multiple patients the day of my visit. They make you sign a form that states the doctor will not release blood results in any other way aside from in person.
