Great location in pacific grove. Parking very limited. Service at front desk limited. Breakfast was nice. Rooms quite small. Definitely overpriced.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a choice of sparkling apple cider or champagne and I enjoyed it in the beautiful lobby! My room was pristine and well appointed along with being very quiet. I was delighted to learn there was wine hour between four and six and then cookie hour at seven… How fun! The breakfast was amazing… so delicious and lots of variety, including gluten-free options and fresh fruit. I absolutely love my stay here at Seven Gables I can’t wait to come back!!

Booked a night here at 12:30PM on Sunday and called to cancel at 3:30PM on Monday, I accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong night and needed to adjust it to match my travel plans. They told me no and that I would have had to cancel by 12:30PM Monday. I understand having a cancellation window, but this just felt really inconsiderate. They were not helpful at all, and for a four star hotel I would have expected much better customer service.
