We tried them as the buyer on a transaction, after they promised us they can close as soon as 10 days. 10 days into the transaction, after they were non responsive over several days to our calls and emails - they called and literally said they "don't want to waste their time" on us because they don't think the seller will come to closing. We called the seller who said he's good to go. We called them and they said seller told them differently. They refused to send us a written notice that the seller has told them differently.... read more
