I've been visiting Seven Directions for years now. HIGHLY recommend them! It's by far my favorite acupuncture in town. The treatments are very peaceful and successful. From lower back pain to carpal tunnel to sinus flare ups to neck pain they have helped me with all and at an affordable price. This week I went from being immobile (for 2 days straight) in my shoulders and neck from a crick-gone-bad to after 2 sessions this week relaxed and able to move again. Thank you Judith and Anthony!!
I was treated by Anthony today in the community acupuncture room, and I had a great experience. It was my first appointment at Seven Directions, and Anthony was very warm and personable during the consultation. I left the treatment feeling very peaceful with considerable relief from the neck, shoulder, and back pain that I was experiencing. I highly recommend and look forward to going back.

I had my first appointment with Judy three weeks ago as I was experiencng severe pain in my upper back from a pinched nerve and have also been suffering from bursitis in my hips for over a month. The pain in my back was so bad that it hurt to take a deep breath. Judy was so sweet and took the time to go over my issues and really made me feel comfortable. Very quiet, clean, and friendly environment.
I went to my first acupuncture session yesterday and let me just say it was an awesome experience. Judy was absolutely fantastic, kind, helpful, and understanding. I can honestly say that I am now a huge fan of acupuncture and Seven Directions!
