Caught guy in my yard looking through my stuff had no reason to be in gated fence
This is who the City of Chicago gave a contract to do all the shoddy, sloppy work across the City. This joke of a company has been showing up in the 19th ward doing sloppy work. Came in after water line work on several blocks, sloppy leveling of the ground and seeding, sloppy amateur concrete work and planting trees less than 6ft from utilitilies. And to top it off, they start working and using machinery before 8am in violation of the City Ordinance. Alderman O'Shea, please get these hacks out of our neighborhood.
