Alexandra is a godsend, that sweet old lady is a sweetheart at front desk, there is a woman with attitude here who gets mad at me frequently when making a appointment. Also therapy should not be in the same building with addiction help. There was a few creepy men who were weird to me there.
We've tried seven counties twice. And both times, and different locations have severely let us down. Their "24/7" assistance, complete bull. If you're dealing with an emergency, no matter what they say, just call 911. They don't care, and if they did they would be much more help. Even if you're doing everything right, that's all they tell you. "you're doing everything right, I'm not sure what else to do". First time, we tried for 8 months with their services.
