I would give zero stars if possible. This facility is a mess of unprofessionalism. I had a therapist use my session to talk about his own personal grief instead of my trauma, and when I reported him, the replacement therapist 'brushed off' my urgent 702 proof of no income form to go on vacation. The management is just as bad, making me wait a week for a simple signature I needed for food stamps so they could have a hearing to approve or deny my form. I just asked a neighbor instead. This place is horrible! I am disabled and was 7 minutes late due to my uber cause I can’t drive. They called me back weighed me did my blood pressure and then cancelled my appointment because they said I was a no show. I even called to say I would be a few minutes late. We wait on them 10 minutes or later! Dr Nopolis is not friendly! He treats you like you are below him. Everything about this place stinks!
No one answers the phone
We've tried seven counties twice. And both times, and different locations have severely let us down. Their "24/7" assistance, complete bull. If you're dealing with an emergency, no matter what they say, just call 911. They don't care, and if they did they would be much more help. Even if you're doing everything right, that's all they tell you. "you're doing everything right, I'm not sure what else to do". First time, we tried for 8 months with their services.
