We've tried seven counties twice. And both times, and different locations have severely let us down. Their "24/7" assistance, complete bull. If you're dealing with an emergency, no matter what they say, just call 911. They don't care, and if they did they would be much more help. Even if you're doing everything right, that's all they tell you. "you're doing everything right, I'm not sure what else to do". First time, we tried for 8 months with their services. I have left a voicemail for a supervisor named Rena and have sent a email to the Ombudsman. Its been 48 hours and I havent heard anything back from anyone but your responses in the reviews state for clients to contact you. I would have to say you all do not care about the mental health of the kids you service and thats really sad.
