Everytime I call, the phones go unanswered. This is the nearest facility to me so I'm stuck with it, but why let it go on for so long with so many complaints about it?
Very unprofessional. Phones go unanswered, medication gets canceled last minute. They don’t care about withdrawals and side effects. The reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Complete lack of communication and respect for clients’ time. Do not recommend.
