Horrible experience, room was dirty, smelled horrible and instead of moving us to a different room. They sent maintenance guy with a “SPRAY” !!!!!!!! We didn’t leave because it was before midnight but I will never stay at this hotel again!!!! A manager stated they would refund me then another stating they couldn’t and they would give me a free night?!!! Please do not stay here especially if you have any medical condition or children. Insane !!
The hotel was wonderful, no smoke smell lingering into the hotel side. Its pretty contained to the casino area. Room Was clean and spacious. Bed was amazing and super soft. I slept great. Got a great rate with a food perk and love the casino point system for comps and gifts. Looking forward to seeing the whole upgrade. Parking lot was well lit and i felt safe. There's also valet parking.
First time to this Beautiful Hotel. They are remodeling & expanding that side . There are signs that warn & apologize for the inconvenience. Which didn’t bother us. We arrived after 5 pm. And left the next morning early. We did enjoy the short time there.
Reserved a two night stay and I left after the first night. First off, my sheets were dirty, looked like blood stains on them. They must’ve put me next to housekeeping because the young ladies were loud. They kept trying to come into my room and I had to lock on the door. For what reason I do not know, but it made me uncomfortable. I packed up and left.
