YOU HAVE TO READ THIS! I always point out great customer service when it's spectacular, because it's hardly around this planet anymore! Jessica Waller who is in customer service and front desk took care of some things for us, to many to mention and I don't want you to get board . From the room reservation, players card, fedexd me a shirt wa accidentally left in the closet and offered food etc etc. She actually came and met us in person while we were gambling out on the floor. Wonderful atmosphere, bedding was very comfy. Easy access to casino.
Lot of construction going on
My curtain doesn't close and still get changed for late check out.
Rooms are not serviced until you leave .Trash is not taken out absolutely nothing is done to your room until you leave. I was truly disappointed as the room was over $370 for the night and to return to your room finding it not cleaned was upsetting. Water temperature to take a shower was very cold . I asked the front desk to please have someone check into it and was told “do you trust someone to go into your room while you are gone “ which I respond “ you do hire people you trust ?”.
