Jao is the best ever. He’s been cutting my hair for 12 years. Also he cuts / colors many girls I know as well and they all love him.
Jao did a fantastic job of color highlights and lowlights - exactly what I hoped for only better. He is also a very kind and lovely person, you can’t go wrong here, highly recommend.
