My son has been utilizing their services for over a year and has done telehealth and in-person. His in-person therapist, Julia S., has been a wonderful experience for my son. Routine progress updates, and updates per session on his growth as well as areas of concerns. Highly recommend!
Our experience with Seven Bridges Therapy has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. My son was removed from the program without any clear or valid reason. The explanations we were given were false and appeared to be an attempt to cover up errors made by the staff—not anything on our part. To make matters worse, communication has been nonexistent. This review is for ALL of Seven Bridges Therapy. They run a substandard business. When you call the only number on their main website, the automated voicemail asks you to fill out their online form. We did this four times. Someone did return a message the first time and we played telephone tag, leaving a number of detailed voice mails. Our first therapist at SBT was not good, but then we were paired with Julia S. She was really wonderful and helped my son to be able to produce the /r/ sound. She communicated well with us and gave us homework to complete each week. She was kind and playful with my son, but had high expectations.
We’re incredibly grateful for the care and support our son has received from his speech therapy team, especially from Maire. From the admin team they’ve been flexible and understanding with our schedule, and their communication has always been clear and reliable. But what truly makes this experience so special is Maire.
