I am newer to the area, and the staff can be very nice; they have all the toys to keep you occupied; tv's on the ceiling and in front of you in the chair; warm blankets, sunglasses with speakers so you can hear the tv. Who wouldn't love that? I add that while this is wonderful, I took a day off for a consult for a root canal, ended up sitting in the chair for almost two hours with just pictures being taken; dr. didn't do the root canal, even thought I was told it would be started that day. Friendly, caring, explained everything in detail about what they are going to do and plan for future needs. They all made me feel important and heard. Made sure I was part of the conversation of what needs to be done.
