Terrible customer service. The saleswoman is rude, self-centered, and has an incredibly irritating tone of voice. The warehouse operates by appointment only, yet we still had to wait 30 minutes for her attention because she was on her phone. When she finally became available, she spent another 30 minutes discussing her personal problems. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with them, and they never return calls. Most of my furniture has been purchased from Seven18 trading and I love it all. Both Globewst and Camerich brands. The staff were so helpful with selections and awesome to deal with.
Make sure you see the exact colour on display as there photos are deceiving. Our indoor table is a very different colour to online to in person. Our white outside table however is perfect and stunning design. Edit - Have adjusted me review as company has reached out to resolve issue.
