Called AAA this morning because my car wouldn't start. Within 30 minutes or so Sam showed up and tested my battery and jumped me off. I needed a new battery so I followed him back to the shop where he put a new battery in for me at no labor cost. Sam and the other people I ran into at the shop were all super nice. It was literally fast, quality service with a smile ... which you don't see that often these days. Thanks Sevciks!
Kind, caring, knowledgeable, professional & friendliest staff EVER!!! I rolled in at 5:15 pm on the Saturday before Memorial Day with a hunk of metal in my tire. They had already closed up the office but opened it up so I could sit inside while they repaired my tire. They took my tire off, removed the metal, patched the tire and had me on my way in a very short time.
They made a and changed a c.v. joint when i didn't need it. Normally I'd have written a shop off for costing me $500. But Sevciks owned up their mistake which takes real integrity. I've taken all of my vehicles to them, and will continue to go here current car, Sebastian. It's hard to find trustworthy shops in BCS, so Sevcik's is a treasure.
I came into town on a road trip with bunch of trouble with my car. There was a bunch of stuff Sevcik could have done to get my car working for a little bit longer. But he knew there was a problem that would have killed my car before I got home on the road trip that he really couldn't fix. So he told me he wasn't going to fix anything, just charge me for the diagnostic fee, and that I needed to find a new car. I appreciated the honesty.
Amazing staff! Great car work, and very kid friendly! I'm glad I found this place.
