I was in College Station and my battery went out. My lyft driver recommended this place and even though they were closing, Mike Rodriguez went above and beyond! He replaced my battery and took great care of me!! I was so upset and it really made my day to know there are still such kind and helpful people in the world!! Pesimo trato servicio descuidado
Terrible, racist guy at the reception today, I was silly enough to come back after they broke one of my wheel's security bolts some months ago, understanding that back then it was an accident, today I was sent to "another mexican" after everybody was getting checked in by the same white guy as soon as he saw me assuming "we" would understand each other better, this is my last time here, Bryan-College station please choose somewhere else to take care of your car.
Sevcik's has always taken good care of me and my family! My brakes went out while driving in time for me to pull in around closing time. They were so kind to still get me taken care of. Thank you Michael, Mark and the other guys who were there to help!:)
I was driving down the road when I heard something scraping along the road, after getting home and inspecting it, a screw had come off from my undercarriage splash tray. My mom has told me to try Sevciks because it was so highly recommended. Called and they said they would be able to fix it no problem. Went in, they told me to pull right up to the garage and Flores fixed it within 10 minutes. They charged me absolutely nothing and as a broke graduate student that meant the world to me. Thanks Pat and Kaye! You provide great care to your customers. I started going to Sevcik’s when I got my first car (around 1992!) When I got married my husband took over most car care and he eventually switched from Sevcik’s to another local place. I was in a bind today and the excellent customer service from Sevcik’s (prompt and friendly) has me committed to returning to Sevcik’s for our car service needs.
Sevcik’s Service Center just fixed my daughters vehicle yesterday. I really recommend them they did a great job and had excellent customer service they made time to talk to my husband and explain everything that was happening and they gave my daughter a ride back to the dorm and picked her up when the vehicle was ready. Plus they gave her a 10% student discount.
