We have been a customer since JDO Pools opened in Kilmarnock. They have been delightful to work with. Very competent, responsive and dependable. Our pool has never looked better!
JDO pool service is the best. My pool was loosing water through the return jet. I was so concerned that they would need to bust the concrete around the pool to correct the problem. Jose was very thorough, he use a camera to access the line's, used dye to make sure that the leak was around the return jet and fixed the problem. I am so happy and relieved that the leak is repaired. LET ME TELL YOU #NNK PEOPLE if you have a pool. DO NOT GO TO WALMART GO TO THEM, SHES EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, TURNED MY GREEN POOL BLUE!! ITS WAY CHEAPER TO go to them get the right pool needs YES CHEAPER who knew!! Worst customer service. Every time they ever came out to work on our pool or to bring chemicals, the techs never had what they needed. When they opened our pool this spring the pool was still full of leaves and debris when they left, and they left with the jets not working properly because they did not even clean the filter box on the filter. Sevarg has been our pool service provider for many years. The transition to new management under Jose and Deanna as JDO was very smooth. Since then, the quality of work and customer service has been outstanding, and we have had the best pool season in many years. One of the key points is that there needs to be an ongoing dialog between the service technicians and pool owner/manager.
