Company no showed. I called multiple times. They never called back or texted. Don’t use them.
Boris was great. Also appreciated being kept informed about arrival times, etc.
Excellent service, great communication and way cheaper than a dealer.
Their customer service is horrible. I called multiple times to speak with a manager, and no one ever called me back. They just keep saying, “We’ll pass the message along.”
Great, friendly experience! Boris arrived on-time and fixed our deadbolt. Like magic, it’s better than when we moved in. We’ll definitely reach out the next time we need lock services.
