Excellent every step of the way. I submitted the form on website, got a follow up question by email and a quote half of what another company quoted. This was Friday, and scheduled for Monday! I hired these guys to replace the garage door and had several issued afterwards including loose hardware. They came and fixed it eventually back in 2022. Fast forward to 2024, I dicovered they never installed the bottom or side seal appropriately which I didn't notice at the time. Now I have hire someone else to seal the door and spend more money.
George and Sevan Locks & Doors did an amazing job. I initially contacted several companies for cameras and door access system installation, and Sevan Locks & Doors' prompt, professional communication stood out. George is highly knowledgeable and patient, addressing all my concerns. I now have 2 new systems in place and highly recommend!
Scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance for a replacement key fob. At the appointment time, Sevan Locks & Doors was no-call, no-show. I waited for 35 minutes, and then contacted them by text and call. With no explanation, the company said that a technician was going to arrive at "6-7pm" (five or six hours after my appointment). When I told them that wouldn't work for me, the person simply asked, "Well, when would you like to reschedule?"
