I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sevag Bastian and his staff. From the moment I walked into the office, his team made me feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Used to go to him when he didn't have his own office but now he has changed alot after having his own office. He doesn't remember his old patients so you have to start with him as a new patient. Also he has changed alot, he didn't even remember me also didn't have my x-ray.
Dr. Bastian was amazing, very knowledgeable, kind, took the time to explain everything to me in detail (as it was my first time), and funny too. I would highly recommend him.
I give 5 stars to the staff that run the practice. They are wonderful and kind. Shout out to Ebony, I really appreciate your empathy. I have not met Dr. Bastian unfortunately but based on how I was treated by a PA, I would not suggest coming here if you are suffering from severe frozen shoulder/adhesive capsulitis. The PA has been very dismissive of my excruciating pain that has been chronic for 5 months now. It is the worst at night, I barely sleep due to it. The chronic sleep deprivation is hindering healing.
