Had my first and last visit with this place. The guy who came into the room to get you ready for the Dr. was very cold and was only interested in entering whatever data they needed. Then when the Dr came in I received the same coldness. If you are seeking pain relief and compassion do not waste your time and money with this place. Super uncomfortable visit.
SEVA does not practice what they preach. Common sense and basic manners that promote safety, should not have to be demanded; they should be intrinsic to the patient care experience. Given the severity of their behavior, I urge future patients to exercise caution when considering treatment at this place. This place is terrible. If you are suffering with pain look for a different doctor. Dr Dhaliwal has ZERO empathy. You are treated like just another file that contributes to their coffers. His manners, appearance and speech are far from professional. He might be knowledgeable but his delivery of service is far from acceptable.
