I bought a hotel collection double mattress for my daughter & cover 2yrs ago (Dec). 2yrs later the cover is in shambles.. I'm not impressed.. so I called Ali & he told me to bring it & would exchange it.. well my daughter wasn't supposed to have put it in dryer but obviously did.. Ali exchanged it anyway.. although there's a stain on the mattress I asked if he would cover steam clean but said he would change the actual mattress cover for $100 & that mattress is still guarantee for 13yrs.. these guys are awesome!
