I have been a loyal client of Shubh Beauty for over three years, consistently supporting the business and recommending it to others. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very disappointing. The owner has repeatedly demonstrated poor customer service often coming across as dismissive and unprofessional. I always go Seva beauty for eye brows. Their work is good but the nepali lady was rude to me few times. Sometimes i used to left tips sometimes not. Its not a rules or law. It’s completely up to customers. After i paid today the lady asked me for tips. I replied politely No Thank You. She got very upset and keep saying “You have to leave the tips”. I said no I don’t have to. Its my wish. She kept yelling at me saying “we work for tips, u have to leave tips” luckily my brother came in and i had to leave. Otherwise i was going... read more
