The lady was very rude and her work was sloppy. She did my eyebrows without any care or precision. It was rushed and kept asking for money before even finishing the job. She insisted that she was done before I could see what she had done. When I asked to finish doing my eyebrows and fix a few things. She pretended to finish it but didn't do a good job. Didn't have a eyelash person in the area yet and I can't see paying 65$ at the nail shop when I was paying 10$ (we brought our own lashes) in Memphis lol! Walked in on Halloween during their 15$ Oct lash special & I left happy and eye's wide open again lol! They lasted 8 days w/o loosing one lash. I was surprised I'll be back. The 4 stars are for the quick service, location, $ even without the special.
My 16 year old and her friend wanted to get the eyelash extensions for the homecoming dance this weekend.... DISASTER! It was terrible, they refused to give them a refund (even though it is not posted) until an adult called and then only gave them a partial gift card. Picture in comments.
I usually get my eyelashes by Asians so I decided to give them a try. Worst decision. 20 minutes later when I got home they were popping off!! I looked down at my hand and I realized she only put 6 lash extensions on each eye!! Looks natural but will pop off by the time you get home. Back to the Asians I go.

Im very dissatisfied. I went in with naturally thick and arched eyebrows and said i wanted them cleaned up and left with thin & uneven brows that i now have to color in .. I'm trying to do before & after pictures. Not sure I'll be back.
I got my eyebrows waxed once a long time ago and the people that did it did a terrible job. So I've done them myself ever since. But then Seva came to town and saved them! Thank you guys for doing an amazing job!
