Horrible customer experience I’ve always got my eyebrows waxed but this lady forcing me to do the threading I said no and I want waxing and messed my eyebrows cut them short telling me that my eyebrows are the problem and I believe it’s on purpose because after I told her that it’s not exactly the way I get my eyebrows she replied that the reason I’m complaining it’s because I don’t wanna pay and she also said that she told me to do the threading and I refuse. I would not recommend anybody here at all. 😡😡😡😡
