I have been coming here for about 5 years. Have never really had an issue. If you feel like the shape needs to be changed or an area was missed, the techs are always happy to correct this. I have had so many compliments on my eyebrows from coming here! With that being said, I am a little disappointed with my experience today with Nedi (first time having her do my brows).
