Showed up for appointment. Came in office door, ended up being the back door. Was greeted by a office personal who was not wearing a mask. He directed us to the front of the office where we were greeted by another employee who was not wearing a mask. Then the employee without sterilizing her hands and removing a sterile mask from a sterile package, she simply placed a used mask on and walked up to the front desk with a mask.
