I ordered an Ilve 48 inch custom propane stove in March and paid in full. Ray Swab was the associate that handled my order. I ordered in March because the stove comes from Italy and takes 3+ months to arrive. I received a call 9 weeks later stating that the order had never been placed and that they were placing it now.
