I DO NOT RECOMMEND SETZER'S, OCALA, FL. I ordered several Bosch appliances from Setzer's, a range, OTR microwave oven, & dish washer. (FYI--This purchase was a BIG expense.) It took months to receive all 3 items. The item that took the longest to arrive and was the most trouble was the natural gas range. After it was delivered and installed, I noticed it wasn't balanced properly. This was so bad that the "warmer/storage drawer" bottom rubbed the kitchen tile floor. Chad and the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. I will be getting a great product with free delivery, set-up and removal. I highly recommend Setzer's for all your appliance needs. I'm looking forward to using my new appliance for many years to come. Thank you, Setzer's.

I ordered an Ilve 48 inch custom propane stove in March and paid in full. Ray Swab was the associate that handled my order. I ordered in March because the stove comes from Italy and takes 3+ months to arrive. I received a call 9 weeks later stating that the order had never been placed and that they were placing it now. It was for a new construction home and I was on the contractor's predicted deadline. They offered a loaner basic stove for install so that I could close on my house.
