Thorough written bid was submitted. Fair price. Mason was very punctual. Kept appointment and even worked through a light rain. Thoroughly cleaned the north side of our metal building. I called about a small cleaning job for our garage and front door area, and Mason showed up the same day - even offered to take care of it right then and there! Super kind, professional, and easy to work with. Definitely a 10/10 experience!
