This person should be disbarred for his flagrant disregard of the law. He took my friend who has alzheimers and had her sign documents that he knew were illegal due to her not being able to have competency for financial or medical matters. She was declared incompetent by her personal physician as well as her neurologist. Do NOT, under any circumstances, use this lawyer!!!
