Poor management and maitenance. Lack of adequate security management expects tenants to provide security cameras.Alot of criminal activity and tenant controversy, I feel some of this could be prevented if security was managed by the apartment complex themselves. Sexual harassment is an issue here. Poor pest control management and poor apartment repair. My stove turned on by itself often and burned the wall and it took threatening to file a report for them to replace it. Dishwasher broke and had mold, and same...had to threat... read more
Beautiful place but just another apartment complex if im honest
It's a good place to live as long as you keep to your self and all that need help do what you can do to help them.check on the elderly and help them. You will be blessed 10 fold. That's what God expects us to do...to take care of one another. And no matter how hard it is love one another. Settlers point and the apartments in Damascus has helped so many..They all are blessings.
