It's a friendly environment but I had to make a complaint for a friend that has his wife there. VERY EXPENSIVE but doesn't meet the residents needs like it should for the amount of expense per month. The residents should be given better quality of food as some don't eat well because the food doesn't look very good. I've seen one of the cooks grab a bite off a few residences plates as she was taking them out to the table in the dementia/alzheimers area. My mother was in settlers park and they treated her with respect and kindness. She passed peacefully thanks to there employee's.
