Katie and Steven were incredibly understanding of the situation I presented them with. They went above and beyond to provide me with any access I needed to ensure the comfort of the facility. My time being there, I noticed how clean and well managed the property was. I was very impressed at how happy the tenants were, all were smiling laughing and hanging out with one another. Would not recommend. Unless you don’t care about the person you are sending here. We thought we were putting them in a good facility, but when we found out they had fallen and broken their hip, laying on the floor for an unknown amount of time, in their own urine…… this place does not care about your family members ! Only your money !!

It's a friendly environment but I had to make a complaint for a friend that has his wife there. VERY EXPENSIVE but doesn't meet the residents needs like it should for the amount of expense per month. The residents should be given better quality of food as some don't eat well because the food doesn't look very good. I've seen one of the cooks grab a bite off a few residences plates as she was taking them out to the table in the dementia/alzheimers area. Great facility and great staff Seth Hobson was very helpful with all of our family members who have lived at this beautiful place
