Started out good but then my unit had a leak (I’m on the top floor). So I made 4 trips from a hour away 1 way to move my stuff out so they could “fix the leak”. Fast forward a few months I needed another unit so got the same one back. I was told the leak was fixed. It wasn’t cause it destroyed one of my arcade games. I’ve had my storage with America self storage for over a year and I had no problems. Staff is very professional. I always speak to Taylor And he always keeps me up-to-date when my storage fees are coming up. I also like the online payment process. I use the auto pay because it’s convenient for me. I would recommend the storage to any and everyone and their prices are very affordable. Rena Jackson
I am very happy I chose this storage unit. Taylor is really nice and polite. He helped me get set up with my unit and there are carts provided if you need to move your boxes. I would recommend this storage unit to everyone.
