I am very appreciative of the quick response from maintenance, specifically Anthony and Devon, within the last couple of months. I have had some major problems which were quickly resolved.
I lived at Settler’s Landing Apartments for almost three years. When I first moved in, the office management was efficient, helpful, and on top of things, and maintenance was responsive as well. Unfortunately, over time both significantly declined. Maintenance frequently failed to fix issues properly and often took a very long time to respond to requests.
