Noisy horrible place to live. Actual apartments are decent inside (besides the black mold), but be prepared to deal with the noise, rude neighbors, unsupervised kids running around all night, as well as strange people lurking around in the middle of the night. Management does nothing about the noise and acts like they are scared of certain residents. Oh and good look during winter.
The front office manager is the worst. They do not fix any issue's in a timely manner, but don't worry in 2 months when it is still not done. They are definitely gonna get to it. That being said if you are a big fan of bugs look no further the location is riddled with spiders. To add onto this, it snowed 3 to 4 days ago, and they have yet to plow the streets to the point where any small turn will make you lose control of your Car. Very unsafe environment
I’ve been here two years. My fridge has broke three times. This current time- it’s been 11 days and I’m still without a fridge! My washer just broke and I know they will take weeks to fix it, so I’m out that too. Over the summer my dishwasher broke- with standing water in it, and it took them over a month (32 days) to fix it…. Standing water for that long attracts bugs and smells.
