Great customer service
I’ll give maintenance a shout out, because they are the kindest people and do their very best. The dumpster situation gets absolutely vile and yet they are constantly there cleaning it up. It’s not their fault- residents just throw trash on the ground and there isn’t enough dumpsters for the property of that size. Shout out to them, they’re great people! Very crooked place. When you move out they charge you 1k for an inspection. Bye bye security deposit. Your supposed to go in there clean and repaint for the next tenants.
Please don’t move here I should’ve knew it was a bad sign when my move in day my apartment flooded. I’ve lived here for roughly 5 months I’ve had to call the maintenance about 6 times. Including flooding, dishwasher breaking 3 times, dishwasher not draining, my dryer is now broken. And if you work at times where the leasing office is open and don’t want random people in your house then don’t live here because the lady over the phone for the after hours maintenance is so rude. I’ve been here for about half a year now and felt like a needed to write a review for anyone that is looking into moving here. I will say that overall it’s a nice place to stay. When it comes to maintenance they are pretty good at responding. The apartments overall are spacious and roomy which is good. They have had some outside work done and could have communicated that better because it did interfere with parking as well as loud noises in the early am.
