I am very appreciative of the quick response from maintenance, specifically Anthony and Devon, within the last couple of months. I have had some major problems which were quickly resolved.
I lived at Settler’s Landing Apartments for almost three years. When I first moved in, the office management was efficient, helpful, and on top of things, and maintenance was responsive as well. Unfortunately, over time both significantly declined. Maintenance frequently failed to fix issues properly and often took a very long time to respond to requests. I strongly advise anyone considering Settlers Landing not to move here. This apartment complex does not prioritize residents as people—only as sources of rent. Package and mail theft is a constant issue, and in my experience, you will not receive your deliveries a majority of the time. Despite mail being kept in a locked area designated for residents, management takes no responsibility when packages are stolen. Jeremiah was awesome. He was polite, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. He figured out the issue quickly, fixed it without any problems, and made sure everything was working before he left. He also explained things in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t leave a mess behind. You can tell he takes his work seriously and actually cares. Definitely appreciate his help.
Jeremiah came and fixed my kitchen sink faucet. He was pleasant, polite and did a great job. Sink, faucet fixed. I would want him to do any service on things I need fixed. You have an excellent employee
