not really newly renovated and good luck getting your 300 dollar holding fee back it’s been almost 3 months and i still haven’t gotten mines
I have lived in many states across the country in a wide variety of apartment complexes and houses. Living at Settler's Landing was by far the worst living situation I have ever had the misfortune to experience. If you are moving to the Streetsboro area, do NOT live here. THEY NEED TO FIX THIS TRASH ISSUE. That dumpster surrounded by a fence near the leasing office isn’t working and is straight up unsanitary. You can’t even get to the compactor due to the amount of trash you have to step in. It’s disgusting and they need to find another solution. Last night I went to go take my trash out with my dog and I got frightened because there was a skunk next to the dumpster eating the garbage! This crap is attracting rodents and not making it safe to go out at night ! FIND A SOLUTION
Very disappointed with the customer service at Settler’s Landing. I was originally told I could break my lease with proof of a home purchase, but later was told that wasn’t true and would have to pay a fee. I turned in my 60 day notice to vacate on July 22 and was told I’d receive details about prorated rent, but over a month later (August 28th) I still haven’t received any clear information despite multiple follow-ups.
