SEE UPDATE BELOW: 3 stars to 1 star Arrived to my new apartment and there were a lot of things missing/not finished (as I thought most of these would have been done prior to me moving in). Maintenance was super quick in getting these fixed though. My only other major concern is the strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the building hallway. not really newly renovated and good luck getting your 300 dollar holding fee back it’s been almost 3 months and i still haven’t gotten mines
I have lived in many states across the country in a wide variety of apartment complexes and houses. Living at Settler's Landing was by far the worst living situation I have ever had the misfortune to experience. If you are moving to the Streetsboro area, do NOT live here. I have many friends who live at Shady Lake and have had a much better experience so I recommend checking them out. Whatever you do, avoid Settler's Landing. Where to begin? THEY NEED TO FIX THIS TRASH ISSUE. That dumpster surrounded by a fence near the leasing office isn’t working and is straight up unsanitary. You can’t even get to the compactor due to the amount of trash you have to step in. It’s disgusting and they need to find another solution. Last night I went to go take my trash out with my dog and I got frightened because there was a skunk next to the dumpster eating the garbage! This crap is attracting rodents and not making it safe to go out at night ! FIND A SOLUTION
