Just updating my review. I've been at Settler's Landing for nearly two years, getting ready to renew for another year. Alyssa is still outstanding. She truly goes above and beyond the call of her duties. My apartment is near the maintenance center and I've come to know the entire staff quite well. My dog looks forward to seeing the guys every day. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Jeremiah is a real standout! Jeremiah he's a nice respectable young man when he come to my apartment respect me as an elder he respect my home I think he's a good maintenance guy and we should keep him.
It is a very nice apartment complex however the leasing staff is awful I didn’t get the app to get into the mailroom a few months in to moving, the parking is never available, and if you get into the mailroom it’s pointless because if they don’t do their job and send you a text/email you can’t get your packages and if you come when their not here your screwed, half of the time when their here during the hours they are no where to be found anyways
