I came looking to rent an apartment, afterwards i asked for one of the employees for help regarding the application. The employee knows whats the income needed to proceed within registration. I wasn’t fit to be a resident there. Yet she still moved along with the application. She then demanded If i did want to register i should get a co-signer. I have lived at Settler’s Landing for almost a year. This has been a wonderful place to live. Alyssa was absolutely wonderful to work with and made the transition so easy. I have wonderful neighbors and everyone is so friendly here. We have a beautiful pool and a nice work out facility too. The maintenance department was terrific. They were very quick to fix any issues I had. Highly recommended!
A special thank you to the manager, Keri Makebakken and the members of the maintenance crew, Jerimiah and Devon for the speedy advisement of status and resolution of the emergency water shut off due to extreme cold temperatures of 02-04-2026. It was appreciated.
