If you wanna be harassed by an HOA who has no common sense this is the neighborhood for you. If you want to just live your life and be left alone, this definitely isn’t the place.HOA here is unhinged and live to make your life as miserable as their own. Do yourself a favor and live elsewhere, these cheap house builds will be falling over within 10 years anyway.
Lemme start of by saying my landlord is AWESOME!! BUUT this neighborhood not AT ALL!! If ur of any kinda ethnicity THIS NEIGHBORHOOD IS NOT FOR U!! These people are sketchy. They won't even give you the dimensions of the rooms and expect you to buy the property. Don't waste your money dealing with shady companies that will rip you off.
