Amazing venue for large events.
Nickel and Dime + Bait and Switch. Just took a family of 6 to a Saturday “Discovery Fire Festival” because Instagram made it look fun. THE GOOD: beautiful property, unique cooking technique, and delicious food. If all you want is to stuff yourself with BBQ in a pretty place and maybe play some corn hole, you’ll love it. We had great barbecued meat at Discovery Fire. Even loved the side dishes, especially the smoked Gouda macaroni n cheese and the watermelon. We paid $50 per person to eat as much as you want. The only reason I took away one star was because the advertisement made it look like you got ice cream and chocolate chip cookies for dessert, rather you pay $12 for ice cream, and there is additional charge for cookies too. Great food. Great atmosphere. The music was a little to loud sitting in the area where the band was playing. Didn't really enjoy not being able to talk without yelling. Everything else was great though.
