the dentist not good i went to another clinic to fix what they spoiled. the others doctors they are wonderful .
Got a referral for a blood pressure monitor made my booking with the clinic and realised they gave me someone else’s details for the referral and said they won’t fix the name change until they have availability throughout the week and mind you it took me 1 month to get a booking at the pathology Looks like high blood pressure isn’t important
This is a fantastic doctors clinic. Doctor Nadia is absolutely gorgeous and on top of everything. I have had personal experience with other doctors here and they are all lovely caring people. Even the lady who greets you at the desk. I've never felt so much better in my life.
I saw Dr Nadia Mahdi a couple of times including a follow up on the previous appointment issue, and during those appointments I found her to be cold, dismissive and narcissistic.... I was referred to the wrong type of specialist which was thankfully discovered upon ringing to book an appointment with them and mistakes in my QR scripts sent to my phone were made and I received the wrong medications though she picked up on the mistake quick enough and I deleted the QR scripts mentioned...Not a nice experience with Dr Mahdi and... read more
A pretty unpleasant experience. Waited almost 30 mins over time, and when I was seen by the doctor, he was careless and rude. When I tried explaining my situation to him he proceeded to cut me off multiple times, and didn't explain things well. He was very dismissive and didn't smile or demonstrate any friendly behaviour at all. Would not recommend 👎
